Energy Savings
Brushless motors use permanent magnets in the rotor. In comparison with inverter-controlled motors, they are high-efficiency with little loss, which means that energy saving is possible.
Compact yet Powerful
In the case of a 90 mm frame size, the overall length of the motor is 60 mm, and the output power is 120 W. Flat and high power, contributing to equipment downsizing.
Excellent Speed Stability
For this reason, this mechanism ensures that the motor drives at a stable speed over its entire speed range from low to high, even when the load condition fluctuates.
The speed regulation of the BLE Series is ±0.2 %.
Gearhead Rated Life of 10000 Hours
The rated life of the parallel shaft gearhead and hollow shaft flat gearhead is 10000 hours.
The parallel shaft gearhead has a long life that is twice as long as that of a conventional product.
- The parallel shaft gearheads for the 60 W and 120 W models have a tapped hole at the output shaft end.
Space Saving is Achieved With a Hollow Shaft Flat Gearhead
Direct connection to the drive shaft is possible without using a coupling, which will enable equipment space saving.
Simple Wiring
The wiring to connect to the host controller (master) is easy, as you simply connect with the dedicated CC-Link cable. This eliminates the need for complicated wiring and saves wiring.
Data Can be Set via CC-Link Communication
Operation commands and various operation data can be set and read from the host controller (master) through the CC-Link communication line.

Can be Operated From User I/O
As the number of connected shafts increases, variations in start-up timing occur among the shafts due to communication time lags. In such a case, the variation in start-up timing between each shaft can be minimized by inputting operation signals from the user I/O.
