EtherCAT Compatibility and 4-Axis Control Reduces Wiring and Saves Space
- I/O signals are consolidated into a single EtherCAT communication cable. The wiring for 4-axis communication and power supply, etc. are integrated into a single driver
- Reduces work hours for wiring and decreases problems from miswiring
- Integrated management of device information including motor information by using an EtherCAT master
Daisy Chain Connection Reduces Wiring
Space-Saving Installation
The right-angle connector direction type allows for more space-saving installation without the interference of wires, even when multiple units are placed side by side.
Simple Wiring
Connector positions are concentrated on 2 sides. Wiring can be simplified and organized.
Combined Use of 2-Phase/5-Phase Motors and Synchronous Control Using EtherCAT Communication is Possible
- 2-phase/5-phase motors and actuators, etc. can be controlled by a single driver. Reduces parts inventory and management costs
Combinable Stepper Motors, Electric Actuators, and Rotary Encoders - Synchronous control is possible while using different characteristics of 2-phase/5-phase motors via EtherCAT communication
Capable of Capturing Encoder Information and Position Deviation Detection
The driver includes a function to capture encoder information. Position deviation can be detected by the driver and be output as a signal without the need for a host controller. The actual position and speed of the motor can be monitored on the PC screen by using the support software MEXE02.
- No need for high-speed counters, reduces the cost of the host controller
- Signals are output to the host controller via EtherCAT communication. Reduces program creation time
Compatible With Both Encoder Equipped Motors and Rotary Encoders
