Features | Brushless Motor (PM Motor) 750 W

Speed Control Is Possible With an Inverter. Compact, Energy-Saving, Low-Noise Brushless Motors

The brushless motor uses a PM motor that uses a permanent magnet in the rotor. When combined with an inverter, a speed control range of 300 to 4000 r/min* is possible. It is smaller and lighter than a three-phase AC motor, reducing the burden on assembly workers. In addition, it achieves an efficiency level of IE5, contributing to reduced electricity costs and CO2 emissions.

  • *Varies depending on the inverter being combined.

Smaller and lighter motors contribute to the downsizing of equipment to reduce burden during installation

Brushless motors use permanent magnets in the rotor, making them highly efficient, compact, and lightweight.
In addition, the fanless structure has been achieved due to its high efficiency and low heat generation. It contributes to reducing equipment size and reducing the burden on workers.

Figure comparing the size and mass of a three-phase AC motor (750 W, approx. 14 kg) and a brushless motor (750 W, 3.8 kg). The motor with fan is approximately 220 mm in length and the brushless motor is 130 mm in length, resulting in a size reduction of approximately 90 mm and a weight reduction of approximately 10.2 kg

Fanless for Low-Noise

Brushless motors have fanless structures due to their high efficiency and low heat generation. The noise level is reduced by approximately 20 dB when compared to a three-phase AC motor with fan.

Comparing the noise level of a 750 W AC motor and a 750 W brushless motor, the brushless motor is approximately 20 dB lower.

The Scattering of Dust and Other Particles Is Reduced Due to It Being Fanless.

In the case of a motor with a fan, the cooling fan generates wind, which may scatter dust and other particles in the surrounding area.
Brushless motors have no risk of dust dispersal due to it being fanless.

Connector Type for Easy Connection

Cable connection is easy due to the locking lever that does not require screw fitting.
Reduces the hassle of connecting cables during motor installation and maintenance.
