Fitting Service (OVR)

Topic	Fitting Service (OVR)
Approximate Time	1 hour
Description	The Robot Lab is equipped with a wide range of robots, allowing customers to conduct gripping tests using their actual workpieces or grippers, and verify transport distances and speeds with our robots. If visiting the lab is not feasible, you can send us your CAD data, and we’ll create test workpieces using a 3D printer for a simplified evaluation. Alternatively, you can send us the actual workpiece for testing.

Troubleshooting

Description	We will introduce self-maintenance methods that eliminate the need for manufacturer visits or repair services. This includes tasks such as replacing arm axes, end effector axes, and cables — empowering you to manage essential maintenance tasks in-house and reduce reliance on external support. By the end of the session, you’ll have the skills and confidence to carry out these key maintenance tasks yourself, boosting efficiency and minimizing downtime.
