We have a customer who's looking at our latest general catalog and is using the 4IK25GN-A motor. They asked what the difference is between the 4GN25K gearhead (GN-K gearhead) they're using now and the 4GN25S (GN-S gearhead) that’s marked NEW in the catalog.
So what did you say?
First, I mentioned that the rated life has been doubled from the previous 5000 hours to 10000 hours, reducing the need for maintenance.
Did you give a proper description of reason why it's doubled?

Of course! I talked about how strength was increased by making the bearing larger and the gears tougher and sturdier, which led to a longer the rated life!
Then, noise reduction.
I talked how we achieved noise reduction by reducing errors in the gearhead components that cause noise and improved assembly precision!

Lastly, I mentioned that the GN-S gearhead is an environmentally friendly product as it complies with the RoHS Directive, which prohibits the use of 10 chemical materials such as lead and cadmium.

The GN-S gearhead has the same frame size and pinion type as the GN-K gearhead.
So it can be used in combination with the 4IK25GN-A the customer is currently using.
